Sophie is our Practice Manager. She ensures that the firm operates each day, every day, and that it does so smoothly and efficiently (most days).

Each of the firm’s partners is responsible for a management portfolio within the firm, and Sophie works closely with each of them on those functions, and with the Managing Partner. In that regard, Sophie’s role is a diverse one. She manages our people, our finances, technology, offices and infrastructure. She looks after business development, strategic planning, and client relationships.
