Profile

Shane has joined LangtonHudson after a period as a Member of the Employment Relations Authority, where he was responsible for determinations in approximately 90 matters and facilitation of collective employment relations matters.

Prior to this he has over 20 years’ experience as a senior policy official at the Ministry of Business, Employment and Innovation, the Commerce Commission and the Department of Labour. In those roles, he advised Ministers, Parliament and Commerce Commissioners on a wide range of employment law and telecommunications matters.

Shane is looking forward to combining his broad employment law knowledge and experience to provide trusted advice and representation.
