Profile

Marina advises clients across the full range of the firm’s practice, on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Having previously worked in a leading full service law firm, and then human resources roles in NZX-listed companies, she understands what a client needs and how their operations work, and her advice reflects this.

Marina has a particular interest in litigation and regularly assists on personal grievance claims and cases raised against clients in the Employment Relations Authority. She has appeared as junior counsel in the Employment Court.

She also advises on a number of high-profile and high-value commercial transactions in the firm’s merger and acquisition practice.
