Lucy assists with a large advisory practice where she helps clients with everyday employment issues and more complex legal matters.

Before joining LangtonHudson Lawyers Lucy completed two clerkships with a law firm in Auckland specialising in employment and immigration matters.

She has a professional interest in insurance matters and is the Associate in charge of the firm’s insurance employment disputes practice.

Lucy has experience in representing employers in mediation and has assisted in litigation in the Employment Relations Authority.

• Advising clients on transfer of employment issues (specifically vulnerable employees) in business sales and acquisitions.
