Laura provides strategic advice on a broad range of employment law matters. She is particularly experienced advising on collective bargaining matters and the protection of proprietary interests, including the enforcement of restraints of trade, search orders and team move issues. She has a strong litigation practice, appearing in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court and acting on proceedings in the High Court and Court of Appeal.
Laura plays a key role internally with staff development and training, and is a standard bearer within the firm for excellent professional habits.
