Kyle advises clients on all elements of an employment relationship, with a particular interest in the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining LangtonHudson, Kyle was a corporate lawyer at global law firm in New Zealand, where he advised local and international clients on corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganisations.

  • Advising International Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. on the New Zealand aspects of its global reorganisation and sale of its pharma solutions business to Roquette S.A. for an enterprise value of US$2.85billion.*
  • Advising a listed Japanese corporation on its proposed acquisition of a New Zealand semiconductor distribution business.*
  • Advising and representing Foodstuffs North Island in its capacity as franchisor and financier on its owner operator franchisee transactions (PAK’nSAVE, New World, Four Square banners).*
  • Advising The Starship Foundation on a pro bono basis on its contractual arrangements with corporate sponsorship partners, supporters, and service providers.*
