Jo advises on all aspects of employment law and industrial relations, with a particular interest in mediation.

Jo’s experience across private practice, in-house legal, commercial and regulatory roles gives her a practical and well-rounded perspective on workplace issues. Before joining Langton Hudson, she held a regulatory advisory role with a major NZX-listed company. Jo understands the commercial realities and employment relationship challenges that employers and employees navigate, and works pragmatically with clients to resolve issues and achieve effective, workable outcomes.
